What is your return policy?
At WUD, we understand that sometimes you may buy something that ends up just not quite what you wanted.

Any product purchased via www.wudsunglasses.com can be exchanged or issued with a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

For a refund or exchange, the product needs to be returned via post in its original condition, with all packaging, and proof of purchase. This will be subject to a review by the team at WUD.

• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-6 business days after dispatch.
• North America, Canada: 6-12 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: 6-12 business days after dispatch.

If you are not located in Australia your WUD Sunglasses will be with you in 6+ Business Days, *a $6 AUD charge will be added at Checkout for all standard International Postage + Sign-on Arrival and $10 AUD for express shipping.

We most certainly do ship Internationally! If you are unsure about the country you are sending/delivering to please contact us for further information.

Customs and import taxes for international orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
